📦 Shipping Policy

At 7-EVN, we ship across the United States to all states where kratom and 7-OH products are legal. All orders are fulfilled from our facility in Pembroke Park, Florida and packaged discreetly and securely to ensure safe, private delivery to your door.

🕒 Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days from the time your order is placed, regardless of shipping method selected.

• During sales events or new product launches, please allow up to 7 additional business days for order processing due to high volume.

🚚 Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email to follow your package every step of the way.

Guaranteed Delivery (U.S. Only)

• For added peace of mind, we offer Guaranteed Delivery for an additional fee.

• Includes tracking, signature confirmation, and reshipment if delivery fails due to carrier or fulfillment error.

• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, email us at info@7-evn.com with your order number to initiate a claim.

• If we determine the delivery failed due to a non-customer-related issue, we’ll send a replacement package at no charge.

⚖️ Legal Compliance

All products are shipped in full compliance with state and federal laws. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with each shipment verifying that our products meet all legal requirements for kratom and 7-OH.

🚫 We do not ship to states, counties, or municipalities where kratom is banned, even if an order is placed. Orders to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.

We strive to serve all legal markets but reserve the right to refuse shipment to any region, even if kratom is technically legal there. Our legal and compliance team monitors state-by-state developments regularly.
